Payment, Booking and Cancellation Procedure

The booking, payment, and cancellation procedures are as follows:

Refunds are promptly processed by the company, but it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Cancellations or modifications are accepted without charge up to 7 days before the standard check-in time.

In the event of a no-show, a full reservation fee will be charged.

Once checked in, bookings are not eligible for modifications or cancellations.
